- Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (responding to inquiries, maintaining site security)
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purpose of processing, with hosting and email infrastructure providers, freight/logistics and customs partners involved in export operations, and authorised public authorities, where your explicit consent exists or as expressly permitted under Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK. Your personal data is not currently stored on a server located outside Turkey; should this change, this notice will be updated accordingly.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and applicable statutory limitation periods (generally up to 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law, and related legislation), after which it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised. CV data submitted with a career application is destroyed after a reasonable evaluation period if no suitable position is available.
7. Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK
By applying to us, you may exercise the following rights under Article 11 of KVKK:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if your data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose
- Know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom your data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK
- Request that any correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred
- Object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data
8. How to Apply
To exercise the rights listed above, you may send your request, together with documents verifying your identity, to [email protected] by email, or in writing to the address above. Your request will be concluded free of charge, depending on its nature, as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest; where the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in line with the tariff set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
